Minimum Requirements

  • Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. (Client requires at least an Associate degree.)
  • Active West Virginia Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Home health experience preferred. Client-specific preference for clinicians with prior home health caseload management and documentation experience.
  • Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
