Compensation and Benefits Details- FM - $300,000 + bonus based on RVU production
- IM/Pediatric - $315,000 + bonus based on RVU production
- $40,000 sign-on bonus
- $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- Quality bonus potential, 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary)
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
