✅ Must pass Dysrhythmia test (2 attempts)
✅ SIMs Lab – pass/fail, failure = termination
✅ Must follow strict sterile technique
✅ 2+ years ICU in large teaching hospital
✅ Must float between ICUs and other units
✅ Navy scrubs, no piercings, natural hair
