Job Description

As a Security Officer - Aerospace Patrol Clearance in Palm Bay, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for personnel and assets.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential risks, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, providing assistance as needed and addressing security-related concerns promptly.
• Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Allied Universal and site management, adapting to changing conditions or requirements as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
