Location: Syracuse & Utica, NY (Provider may choose to work in either or both areas; travel radius up to 1.5 hours from central ZIPs 13210 or 13501)

Position Overview:
One of our clients is expanding into the Syracuse and Utica markets and is seeking a Permanent PRN Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team. Providers will perform advanced wound care visits in patients homes and SNFs, with direction from a regional coordinator and medical director.
Key Details:
Available Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm (no weekends or partial shifts)
Pay: $250 per completed visit (W2)
Travel: Up to 1.5 hours from central ZIPs; IRS mileage reimbursed
Training: 1 4 days, potentially in Chicago (travel reimbursed)
Credentialing: Covered under client s MedMal liability
Requirements:
Active NY NP license
Board Certified as FNP or AGNP/AGACNP (AANP or ANCC)
Must be comfortable with home visits and SNF visits
Cannot hold only PMHNP, WHNP, or Pediatric NP credentials
