Hospital Employee . Annual Salary. Signing Bonus available up to $10,000 . Relocation Bonus available. CME up to 1 week and $2,500 available. New graduate base salary: $120,000 ( ranges higher for experienced candidates up to $175,000). $10/hour differential for overnight shifts. Premier Surgical Team: Work alongside renowned surgeons, skilled anesthesiologists, and highly experienced nursing staff in state-of-the-art operating suites. Teaching & Training: Major teaching affiliate of the University of Massachusetts Medical School and UNECOM. Closed ICU/CCU for optimal patient care and streamlined collaboration. 403B Pension Plan: 2% company match + 2.5% core contribution after 1 year. Generous PTO accrual and weekly direct deposit pay.
