WCS Healthcare is working with a Surgery Center in Exton, PA seeking a Per Diem Operating Room Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) to work within their Operating Room.
Job Function:
- Day Shift.
- 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
- Function as a Registered Nurse First Assist during surgical procedures.
- Provide direct intraoperative patient care in accordance with AORN standards.
- Assist surgeons with exposure, hemostasis, suturing, and wound closure.
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
Job Requirements:
Active RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
1 year OR First Assist experience.
Experience in: Pain/Spine, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Plastics, ENT.
- 2+ years OR RN experience required.
