Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required.
- Experience with restorative care, transfers, and ambulation training preferred.
- Ability to document thoroughly in electronic medical records required. Preferred experience with long-term care EMR systems.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Work Days: Sunday through Saturday (per facility schedule covering seven days).
- Guaranteed Hours: 38 hours per week (VMS indicated).
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
- Onsite meal break: 30 minutes.
