This role is for a Registered Nurse with operating room experience to provide patient care and coordinate surgical services on weekends at Mercy St Louis Hospital. The position requires a current RN license, BLS certification, and offers opportunities for professional growth, comprehensive benefits, and tuition reimbursement. The nurse will work in specialized surgical pods including Orthopedics, Neurology, and General Services, supporting Mercy's healing mission through compassionate care.

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, 9am-9pm or 11am-11pm
$7,500 Sign On Bonus for Experienced OR Nurses

Mercy OR conducts a variety of cases including Orthopedics, Neurology, General Services. RNs are typically hired into one of these specialty pods and may have the opportunity to cross-train to other pods in the department.

Qualifications:
- Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Experience: Must have Operating Room experience
- License: current RN license in the state of Missouri.
- Certifications: BLS required.
