ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

• Monday-Friday; 8a-5p clinic and/or day call (to include one hour unpaid lunch)
• Call rotation: 1:4
• Practice Setting: Inpatient Behavioral Health, hospital consults
• Average number of patients per day: 8-11
• Total number of beds: 28 adult, 8 adolescent
• Child/adolescent ages to be seen: 8-17
• 2 APPs in practice and 1 in the ER
• NP/PA will be working autonomously
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days

REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified
• IA license or IMLC
• Must be available full time
