This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

What You’ll Work On

• Lead & Empower: Supervise recycling staff, provide training, and foster a culture of safety and efficiency.

• Keep Operations Flowing: Oversee timely collection, sorting, and disposal of waste and recyclables.

• Champion Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA standards and environmental regulations, ensuring a clean and hazard-free workplace.

• Maintain & Improve: Manage equipment like compactors and balers, coordinate repairs, and implement best practices for sustainability.

• Drive Results: Track recycling metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and help reduce landfill waste.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

• Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
