What We're Looking For:- 3+ years of clinical experience in small animal care
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentorship
- Expertise in small animal surgery

What You'll Do:- Lead a talented team in a technician-driven practice
- Provide exceptional care in wellness, surgery, and dentistry

Scheduling & Work-Life Balance:- Full-time role, Monday-Friday (4 or 5-day workweek)
- Hours: 8 am - 5:30 pm with an hour-long lunch break
- No weekend, on-call, or after-hours emergency shifts
