Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Oncology Unit night shift position in California requiring inpatient acute oncology and IV chemotherapy experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is in the Oncology Unit of a hospital setting
- Night shift (NOC), 12-hour shifts starting at 1900
- Assignment is 13 weeks in length
- May be required to float to other Med/Surg units as needed
- Utilizes Epic electronic medical record system
- Responsible for providing care to oncology patients, including administering IV chemotherapy
- Must be willing to float to other Med/Surg units as needed
- Staff must be W-2 employees of their agency
Requirements
- Active California RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years inpatient acute oncology and IV chemotherapy experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- ONC/Chemo certification required
- Experience with Epic EMR required
