Locums Interventional Radiologist in Georgia - IR Only, No Diagnostic

Light interventional radiology assignment in Georgia with full-week blocks, minimal diagnostic duties, and fast credentialing.

Highlights

• IR only; no diagnostic reads required
• Choose 1-3 weeks/month; block scheduling available
• 24-hour call during onsite weeks

Practice Setting

• Inpatient setting with full support staff: technologists, ED, and lab teams
• Not-for-profit facility using Meditech, PACS, and Vocera
• Collaborative hospital environment

Schedule

• Monday-Monday blocks (7am-5pm daily + 24-hour call)
• Weekend call: 8am-12pm in-house, then call from hotel
• Flexible month-to-month availability

Cases and Procedures

• Core IR procedures: nephrostomy, biliary drains, image-guided biopsies, GI bleeds
• No general radiology
• Adults only

Requirements

• Board Certified in Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology
• Active Georgia license or open to IMLC physicians
• BLS and DEA required

Travel Accommodations

• All-inclusive rate, physician manages travel
• Hotel-based call when offsite
