- Upper GI Endoscopy with Biopsy, foreign body removal, and fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser) required
- Esophageal dilatation/manometry required
- Esophageal manometry interpretation required
- Small Bowel biopsy required
- Lower GI endoscopy required
- Colonoscopy with biopsy and excision of polyp required
Requirements:
- Board Status: Board Certified or Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Active WI State License
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
