This role offers a 40-hour workweek with a mix of day shifts and 2 3 nights per month, available in 8- and 12-hour shifts. There are no procedural responsibilities, allowing you to focus solely on patient care. Job Function:

• Cover 2 weekend days per month and 23 overnight shifts per month.

• Complete 1417 shifts per month depending on month length and shift combination.

• Attend open ICU rounds and hospital codes; no procedural responsibilities required.

• Balance administrative duties with patient rounding.
