Practice Opportunity
- The Health system currently has 39 sites
- Care teams include physicians and health coaches who treat a medically complex patient population
- New physicians can expect to see 12-15 patients per day, Monday-Friday, utilizing an internally designed EMR
- The capitated system offers a generous base salary, robust benefits package including occurrence malpractice and equity position
