Seeking a licensed Civil Engineer (PE) to lead land development projects (commercial and residential) in Clearwater, focusing on paving, drainage, grading, water/wastewater and related infrastructure. The role requires ≥8 years' US experience, PE license, US citizenship, proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D/HydroCAD, project technical and financial oversight, client coordination, and mentorship of junior engineers. Civil Engineer PE Responsibilities:
- Land Development project oversight, particularly Commercial and Residential.
- Paving, Drainage, Grading, Water & Wastewater, and related scope of work.
- Problem-solving, team leadership, and mentorship of other engineers in a team setting.
- Coordination with clients and attending client meetings.
- Planning and oversight of all technical & financial project aspects.
- Mentor and support junior Engineers and EITs
Civil Engineer PE Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering discipline with Civil experience, land development.
- PE license
- Work autonomously and efficiently, managing several projects simultaneously
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with a focus on water/wastewater/drainage in the United States
- Must have US citizenship
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or HydroCAD.
- Experience in Land Development
