About the Unit – 4 General Telemetry (Monitoring Unit)
4-General Telemetry is a dynamic Medical/Surgical unit dedicated to delivering exceptional care to a diverse adult patient population.
Unit Highlights:
41-bed med/surg telemetry unit
Typical 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio (flexing to 1:6 as needed)
Average patient length of stay: 7–10 days
Primary diagnoses include CHF, hypertension, COPD, diabetes, and respiratory diseases
Collaborative, high-performing team with a strong Shared Governance Committee
Dedicated ADT nurse (out-of-coverage role) plus robust support staff
Recognized as a Center of Excellence with top patient experience scores
Outstanding 2024 Team Engagement score: 93%

What We're Looking For:- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required.
- One-year relevant experience, preferred.
