• Permanent and full-time direct hire.
• Onsite, in-person role. NO REMOTE.
• Master s Degree.
• Prior experience needed.
• Valid license as a NP/PA in New York State.
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish (orally and written) highly preferred.
• Primary care setting.
• Under the direction of the of a physician, is responsible for planning, evaluating and delivering the health care of patients on assigned service.
• Emphases preventative health measures and education of patients.
• She/he will perform other duties as assigned and in compliance with systems and job specific standards.
