Position Summary
The Product Line Operations Analyst II provides reporting, data management, and administrative support to the Manager, Product Line Operations. This role focuses on compiling business data, building recurring reports, maintaining dashboards, and assisting with day-to-day operational coordination across assigned product lines. The Analyst helps ensure accurate performance information is available to leadership and internal teams by gathering data from multiple systems, maintaining reporting tools, and preparing materials used to track business performance. This position works closely with departments including the Inside Sales Center, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Service, Payroll, and Corporate Support functions to collect information and support operational reporting needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compile and organize operational and performance data from
- multiple internal systems and departments.
- Build and maintain recurring reports used to track sales activity,
- revenue performance, operational productivity, and customer service
- outcomes.
- Update and distribute regular reporting views for internal teams and
- leadership.
- Maintain spreadsheets and reporting templates used to monitor
- product line performance.
- Assist with preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
- summaries.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data used in reports and
- dashboards.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies when discovered.
- Maintain documentation related to reporting processes, definitions,
- and data sources.

- Support ongoing improvements to reporting tools and data organization.
- Provide administrative support for product line operational activities
- and internal reporting needs.
- Prepare materials, reports, and data summaries for meetings and
- business reviews.
- Assist in tracking operational metrics, project updates, and
- departmental initiatives.
- Help coordinate information requests between departments.
- Work with teams across Marketing, Inside Sales Center, Sales, Operations, Service, and Payroll to gather required data and reporting inputs.
- Respond to internal requests for standard reports or basic data summaries.
- Support the Manager of Product Line Operations in maintaining visibility into product line activity and performance.
- Assist in improving the organization and efficiency of recurring reports.
- Help identify opportunities to simplify data tracking and reporting workflows.
- Support implementation of new reporting templates or dashboards as needed.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate or field support, analytics, FP&A, or process improvement-related business functions.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with exposure to P&L ownership or financial performance management.
- Proven ability to operate effectively across both field and corporate environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or a Combination of education, training, and experience.
- Heavy Excel, CRM, and Tableau focus.
- Experience supporting multi-location or distributed field operations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, call center operations, and operational analytics.
- Experience working in high-growth, private equity-backed, or performance-driven environments.
Travel Requirements:
