This locum tenens position seeks a board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon to provide specialized surgical care in both hospital and clinic settings at Alaska Regional Hospital. The surgeon will perform daily clinical or OR duties along with extensive call coverage, managing approximately four patients daily. The role requires proficiency in EPIC EMR, an active Alaska medical license, and offers competitive compensation with travel and lodging provided.
This provider will be performing a mix of hospital call and clinic work. 15 days a month call coverage Daily patient volume 4 Must be BC and BE Practice EMR is EPIC Trained, Board Certified, and experienced in CT Surgery Daily shift requirements: 4 hours per day of clinical/hospital/OR time plus 24 hour call responsibilities, with call backs as needed.
