Our client, an independent teaching hospital at the forefront of innovative medicine, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for their ambulatory clinic practices. The ideal candidate will be Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine.
Responsibilities:
- Provide traditional outpatient primary care focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of both common and complex diseases
- 100% Outpatient, Ambulatory
- Busy multispecialty location
- M-F no nights, no weekends
- Minimal Call
- Flexible schedule offered (5 8's, 4 10's, 3 12's)
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or foreign equivalent
- Completion of post graduate medical training from a U.S. accredited residency program in Family Medicine
- Experienced providers and new residents will be considered
- BE/BC in Family Medicine
- New York State license, unrestricted
- Active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll
- BLS or ACLS required
- Must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Bilingual Creole preferred
