School LPN Position:  Mon - Fri 7:15am - 3:15pm

 Compensation: $33/hr. 

 LPN Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a medically safe environment for learning and peer interaction.
• Follow behavioral plan, as needed.
• Work with other school staff, therapists, & teachers to follow daily schedules and     transition from one activity to another.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes, as needed.
• Accompany child on outings or bus rides, as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN License in WV.
• CPR Certification
• Knowledge of any state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Demonstrates clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication, and compassionate.
