Responsibilities
-
Develop behavior plans based on assessment and ongoing clinical data
-
Supervise assigned cases in compliance with company and insurance requirements

Provide direct clinical services to clients as needed

Conduct parent and caregiver training
-
Complete assessments (VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2, etc.)

Maintain clinical documentation and reports in a timely manner

Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians

Conduct staff training and performance feedback

Monitor treatment integrity and data reliability
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers when needed

Attend required meetings and trainings
-
Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in ABA or related field

BCBA Certification (active and in good standing)

Texas LBA (active and in good standing)

NPI Number
-
Active CAQH profile
-
BACB 8-hour supervision training
-
CPR Certification
-
HIPAA training
-
Valid driver’s license and insurance

Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Strong organization, communication, and clinical skills
Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with formal assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, ABAS-3, SSIS, SRS-2, etc.)

Behavior safety training (Safety-Care, CPI, etc.)
