**About the Role**
As a key contributor to the lifecycle marketing team, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive user engagement, retention, and conversion. You’ll lead the charge on critical projects, collaborating cross-functionally to plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across various owned channels. This contract role offers the chance to quickly take ownership, deliver measurable success, and potentially extend your impact based on performance and budget.
**What You’ll Do**
* Lead the planning, development, and implementation of growth strategies across owned channels (email, in-app, push) to drive user engagement and improve conversion.
* Analyze campaign results, determine actionable next steps for optimization, and distill results and takeaways for leadership and key stakeholders.
* Work with data and technical teams to develop robust segmentation for various campaigns and create dashboards to measure results effectively.
* Develop creative briefs to guide agencies, provide constructive feedback, and solicit appropriate reviews from key partners (Legal, Product, Brand).
* Design and execute A/B tests to drive effective ROI and incremental lift, continually refining strategies.
* Refine integrations of various marketing tools to ensure precise campaign tracking and proper measurement.
* Collaborate with the Operations team to meticulously QA campaigns for final deployment, ensuring flawless execution.
**Must-Have Qualifications**
* 3-5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2-3 years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing roles.
* Deep experience in lifecycle marketing, including hands-on execution across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels.
* Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong project management and QA capabilities.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively across cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, analytics, legal, etc.).
* Proven ability to deliver measurable success; able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Highly analytical and comfortable with reporting and analysis of financial metrics.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**
* Experience with enterprise-scale consumer marketing automation platforms and/or CDPs.
* Financial services or fintech industry experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $57 to $63. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
