Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position requiring a compact or TN RN license and at least one year of recent ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a hospital Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Care for critically ill patients in an intensive care setting
• No local travelers; candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility
• Requested time off must be less than 1 week in duration
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Returning travelers are subject to specific employment rules

Requirements

• Active TN or compact state RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience required
• All certifications must be valid for at least 30 days after assignment start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
• Not eligible if worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility in the past 2 years
