Our client is seeking a Primary Care Medical Director to lead a dynamic outpatient community health center in Willimantic, CT. Job Function:

• 100% outpatient role; Family Medicine physicians will also treat pediatric and adolescent patients.

• Provide comprehensive primary care including health assessments, routine checkups, vaccines, and acute/sick visits.

• Serve a diverse patient population across various demographics and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with standard business hours; occasional evening and weekend coverage on a rotating basis.

• Balance of scheduled appointments with the flexibility to accommodate walk-in and urgent visits.

• Medical Director position includes 80% clinical care and 20% administrative leadership responsibilities.
