Duties include monitoring production processes, troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience, ability to interpret technical documents, and effective teamwork skills.

- Every other weekend off; three-day weekend

What You Will Be Doing:
- Operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Monitoring production processes to meet quality standards and production goals
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues
- Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Adhering to safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment
What We Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Either Flexographic or Offset printing machinery experience a must
- 1-3 years of machine operating experience
- Proficient in operating and troubleshooting various machinery
- Capable of reading and interpreting technical documents and schematics
- Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards
- A team player who communicates effectively and collaborates well with others
- Adaptable and willing to learn new processes and technologies
