Job Details:
• Work 5x8 day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No on-call requirements
• No weekend requirements
• Possible floating to like units
• Work in 2-room cardiac catheterization laboratory
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Previous charge experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Radiation badge must be provided by agency
• South Carolina or multi-state/compact license required at start
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must handle cardiac procedures including diagnostic catheterizations, cardiac ablations, pacemaker insertions, cardioversion, and arrhythmia induction
• Perform baseline measurements, conduction studies, and insertion/programming of AICDs
• Experience with cardiac implant closure devices and right heart catheterizations
• Preferred experience with pulmonary artery line monitoring and scrub procedures
• Must be prepared for potential hurricane season emergency response assignments from June through November
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
• Complete approximately 4 hours of non-billable modules pre-start
