Shift: Variable Days / 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F
Length: 26 weeks
Requirements:
- VT License
- 2 years current PT experience - Required
- Previous Rehab Experience - Required
- Previous travel experience - Required- At least 3 mos.
- Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Required
- AHA BLS
- NPI required
- CPSI EMR experience - Highly Preferred
- Previous experience working with PTA's - Preferred
Other Details:
- Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed
- Typical patient ratio: 8/day Monday-Thursday, 6 on Friday.
