Job Description & Requirements

- Float Requirements:
- Float between crisis and inpatient unit (all within psychiatric health facility on the same floor)
- Is RTO Accepted?What is the Max: please send all requests in submissions
- Max 1 week per assignment – please add to the end of the contract
- On Call Requirement: NONE
- Certs: BLS, CPI/MAB
- Live Scan: Must be completed onsite but they can start pending clearance under supervision
- License: ActiveCA RN License
- If the CA License is expired, it will need to be renewed
- If applying for a CA License, please call the Senator's office to expedite the application
- Experience:
- Two years of experience in the specialty required
- Forensic & psych experience required
- Experience with a wide range of psych experience
- Preceptorship experience preferred - teaching hospital
COVID Vaccine Requirement: Covid vaccination + booster if eligible is a must
