Non-CDL Shuttle Drivers - $29.11 Per Hour - $5.86 Health And Wellness 

TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL shuttle driver to support local operations based in Portland, OR. 

 

Non-CDL Details 

• Schedule: Any day of the week. It can be 3 days ON, 4 Days off OR 4 Day ON 3 Days OFF - However, after 40Hrs, their is a cap on H&W
  10pm & 10:30pm shifts available

• Pay:  $29.11 Per Hour - $5.86 Health And Wellness up to 40 hours

• Route Type: Local, running shuttles from Portland OR to Medford OR. About 280 miles one way

• Freight / Load Type: Hauling mail

• Handling: No touch freight, shuttle runs

Non-CDL Minimum Requirements:  

• License: Non-CDL  

• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

Non-CDL Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate Non-CDL shuttle runs on local routes 

• Transport Non-CDL equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
