Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary cancer care team, providing comprehensive radiation oncology services at our Bridgeport and Fairfield locations. We are seeking a physician with a clinical interest or desire to specialize in gastrointestinal (GI) and lung cancers. Provide direct patient care in radiation oncology across both Bridgeport and Fairfield campuses. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team, including medical oncologists, surgeons, radiation therapists, physicists, and nurses to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Oversee simulation, contouring, treatment planning, and on-treatment management in accordance with institutional and national standards. Lead adaptive planning and daily re-optimization using Varian Ethos technology to enhance treatment precision and outcomes. Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case conferences. Contribute to departmental quality assurance, safety initiatives, and process improvement activities. Engage in education, mentorship, and potential clinical research. Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
