Schedule:

• 5 shifts per week
• Monday Friday

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• CA License
• Minimum of 1 2 years of recent outpatient Family Medicine experience preferred

License: Active CA license

Certifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• BLS through AHA required
