Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
ScheduleEvery Thursday and Friday from 12:30 PM to 1:00 AM, and Sundays from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
Job DescriptionThe CT Technologist produces computerized tomography images of designated anatomical areas as ordered and directed by a licensed physician, according to established practices and procedures.
Responsibilities- Produce and evaluate quality CT images.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Previous experience in C.T. is preferred.
- Accredited program in Radiologic Technology and training in Computerized Assisted Tomography required.
- New Jersey DEP license and ARRT certification required.
- C.T. certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- CPR certification and BLS (AHA) required.
- IV certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Emergency Room experience preferred.
