Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage high- and low-risk obstetric deliveries, including C-sections
- Perform ultrasounds and interpret fetal tracings remotely
- Conduct gynecologic surgeries and procedures, including IUD placement, cystoscopy, colposcopy, and cryosurgery
- Provide follow-up care for gynecologic patients
- Address complex cases typical in rural healthcare settings
- Utilize the e-MDs EMR system for documentation and patient management
Additional Information
- California medical license required
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
- Must hold current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Prior experience in rural health and managing complex patients preferred
