Licensure & Certification Requirements

• State License:Active Illinois license required (must be active to apply)
• IMLC: Not accepted
• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• DEA: Required
• CSR License: Required
• Certifications: ACLS required
• Minimum Experience: 1 year

• ICU Type: Closed ICU
• Unit Size: 20-bed ICU
• EMR: Epic
• Work Model: Team-based care with 24/7 Advanced Practice Provider coverage
• Will Work Solo: No
• Privileges: Available

Scope of Practice / Required Skills

• Provide direct patient care in a closed ICU setting
• Manage ICU admissions, daily rounding, and urgent patient needs
• Perform procedures including:
  • Intubation
  • Ventilator management
  • Central venous catheter placement
  • Temporary hemodialysis catheter placement
• Collaborate closely with consulting services and ICU care team physicians
