Job Summary:

As a Training & Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee performance, support business objectives, and promote professional growth. This role plays a critical part in building a skilled, compliant, and engaged workforce by ensuring training initiatives align with organizational standards, industry regulations, and workforce needs

Benefits Offered:

Based on experience, Securitas will offer a salary of $75K - $80K/ Annually in addition to a full benefit package that includes:

Position Qualifications:

  • Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
  • Helps sustain client and employee retention.
  • Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.

Education/Experience:

  • At least 18 years of age. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year of training experience.
  • Or Associate’s Degree and 3 years of progressively responsible related experience.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. 
  • Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education
