**Location:** Boston, MA
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in Boston. Ideal candidates will have a strong hospice and home health background.
**Responsibilities:**
• Deliver quality hospice care in patients' homes.
• Complete documentation using HCHB and OASIS, with same•day submission.
• Manage a caseload of 20•25 cases weekly.
• Attend weekly in•person office meetings.
• Be flexible to float as needed.
**Schedule:**
• 13•week contract, 40 hours/week.
• Monday to Friday, 8 am • 5 pm.
• Possible weekend work; no on•call or overtime.
**Qualifications:**
• Active RN License and BLS Certification.
• 2+ years of hospice experience.
• Proficient in HCHB/OASIS, with Oasis E experience post•January 2023.
• Efficient caseload management skills.
