A 2 person ID Group that is part of a larger group which includes 6 Nephrologists is needing another ID physician. The 2 ID's do 100% clinical, both hospital consultation (about 70% time)and office practice (about 30%). They serve two suburban hospitals in the Minneapolis area, and are the only ID physicians at those hospitals. Work week is generally 45-50 hrs./wk. with a half day off a week. We alternate evening call and share weekend call with another two-person ID group at a third hospital. Thus, weekend call is 1:4 weekends at present.
