Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days (Temps possible)

Position OverviewThe CRNA will provide professional anesthesia services in compliance with established hospital protocols and national standards. The role includes pre-operative evaluations, intraoperative anesthesia management, and post-operative care in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Case Types- General Anesthesia only
- Perform pre-op screenings and post-op assessments
- Deliver anesthesia care across various surgical services in the OR
- Collaborate with surgical, nursing, pharmacy, and billing teams to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives (e.g., DNV, ISO 9001, CMS)
- Complete medical records, billing documentation, and encounter coding within required timelines
- Maintain secure handling of medications, supplies, and documentation
- Respond to BTLC communications in a timely manner
- Support on-time case starts and promote service efficiency
- Participate in departmental meetings and continual improvement initiatives
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Active New York CRNA license
- Board Certification in Anesthesiology (as applicable for supervising anesthesiologist roles)
- Current ACLS certification (must be renewed every 2 years)
- DEA certification
- Previous hospital-based anesthesia experience preferred
