• Job Setting: 254-bed acute care hospital with 12 ORs and Level 3 NICU
• Types of Cases: General, OB, and cardiac (TEE certification required)
• Credentialing: Epic EMR; PSLF eligibility for W2 employees only

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: CRNA
• Certifications: TEE for cardiac cases
• Licensure: Indiana state license required
