Job Description
Hand & Physical Therapy of Wyoming (H&PTW) has an opportunity for afull-time staff physical therapistto join our team in Buffalo and Sheridan, Wyoming. The ideal candidate will be interested in growing professionally and developing community and professional alliances. Mentoring and team collaboration are emphasized as we help each therapist provide high quality, patient centered care.
Job duties include evaluation/re-evaluation, developing an appropriate plan of care, and providing evidenced-based treatment methods to assist patients in returning to prior level of function. Furthermore, the physical therapist is required to maintain accurate, up to date documentation and billing. Comprehensive knowledge of the structure and function of the musculoskeletal system, and experience with various post-operative protocols, and wound care experience is preferred. We encourage and financially support specialty certifications and fellowship training. This is an excellent opportunity to work with highly skilled therapists, in a dynamic and refreshing environment, with 1:1 care provided to our patients on a 40–60-minute schedule. Compensation can be negotiated based on experience, certifications, and specialties.

Qualifications
- Proven work or clinical experience as a physical therapist
- Intensive education and clinical expertise
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Drive to continually learn and grow
- Professional behavior
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Valid license to practice physical therapy (willing to work with limited license until full licensure comes through)
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
