Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensiveoutpatient primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Diagnose, treat, and manageacute and chronic medical conditions following current evidence-basedguidelines.
- Promote preventive healthpractices and educate patients on disease prevention and wellness.
- Collaborate withinterdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patientcare.
- Participate in the ongoingdevelopment and enhancement of primary care programs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timelydocumentation in the electronic health record system.

Requirements:
- Graduate from an accreditedMedical School.
- Completion of an accreditedFamily Medicine Residency Program.
- Active South Carolinamedical license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Board Certified or BoardEligible in Family Medicine (Pediatrics optional).
