Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible neonatology physician to provide inpatient coverage in a 10-bed Level III NICU (ADC 6.3, expandable to 12) with up to 16 24-hour call shifts/month, caring for neonates ≥28 weeks and stabilizing/transferring <28 weeks. Responsibilities include 8-hour patient contact per shift, use of Epic EMR, collaboration with 2 physicians, and access to imaging, lab, and pharmacy services. Must hold fellowship in neonatology, active IA license or IMLC, and clean malpractice/background history.
