District Manager Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Restaurant District Manager or Multi-Unit GM (6+ units)
- 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience
- Proven success leading, coaching, and developing multi-unit teams
- Strong P&L management and financial accountability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in conflict resolution and team development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Willingness to travel regularly between locations
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
District Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for 6–8 restaurant locations
- Drive performance and ensure brand standard compliance
- Hire, train, and mentor General Managers and teams
- Monitor financials, labor, and key performance metrics
- Develop and execute improvement plans for underperforming stores
- Conduct regular visits and audits to maintain consistency
- Communicate company goals effectively across all teams
- Promote a customer-first culture focused on quality and service
- Partner with franchise ownership to align business objectives
- Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives
