The Women's Health Nurse Practitioner leads clinical care and supervises a team within a fertility and reproductive health practice, providing personalized patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatments such as IUI and IVF. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and supports quality improvement through staff mentoring, protocol development, and audits. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and participation in on-call duties are key aspects of delivering comprehensive patient-centered care.
We are seeking an APP Clinical Supervisor (NP or PA) to join a collaborative, patient-centered fertility and reproductive health practice. This leadership role combines hands-on patient care with oversight of a high-performing clinical team to ensure the highest quality, compliance, and patient experience standards.
You ll work closely with physicians, nurses, and patient navigators to support individuals and couples through their fertility journey offering personalized, compassionate, and efficient care in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties:
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, test interpretation, and procedures (IUI, HSG, saline sonogram, etc.)
Manage treatment plans for IUI and IVF patients
Perform pelvic ultrasounds, baseline and monitoring scans
Conduct FDA screening and compliance reviews
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Supervisory Duties:
Mentor, coach, and oversee nursing and patient navigator teams
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (CDC, FDA, AAAASF, CLIA)
Participate in audits and inspections
Support protocol development, staff training, and quality improvement
Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
Active NP or PA license in good standing
Experience in women s health, reproductive endocrinology, or a related specialty preferred
Strong leadership and team mentoring skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
Bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish a plus
