Family Medicine physician role in assisted-living/home-based care; FT, flexible start/stop times, typically done by 2:30pm; San Antonio, TX; full-time direct hire with comprehensive benefits; base salary $225,000–$260,000; see 8–10 patients/day. - Active MD/DO with Family Medicine board certification or eligibility - Valid TX medical license (or ability to obtain) - Experience with older adult/geriatric or complex adult care preferred - Comfortable working with interdisciplinary teams and APPs/RNs - Ability to work in senior living communities/home-based settings

Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed base salary in the $225,000 - $260,000 range without the stress of RVU's
