This is a highly collaborative role that bridges Merchandising, Product Development, and Global Vendor Relations - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international retail environment.Responsibilities:Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business goals and financial targets.Lead vendor negotiations to secure the best product mix at optimal margins, balancing quality, speed, and cost.Serve as the central point of contact across Vendors, Agents, Merchants, and Product Teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution throughout the sourcing process.Maintain and analyze costing data, market trends, and supplier performance to drive informed decisions.Identify and evaluate new suppliers based on capabilities, capacity, pricing, and financial health.Develop and manage a supplier strategy to grow, maintain, or adjust vendor partnerships based on performance and business needs.Leverage data and research - including retail math, production timing, logistics, and sustainability metrics - to turn insights into actionable strategies.Monitor global sourcing risks and opportunities related to macroeconomic, regulatory, and market shifts.Execute special projects focused on efficiency, innovation, and cost optimization.
